The comparison of the level of internet banking in the Czech Republic and Kazakhstan

The bachelor thesis is based on a comparison of internet banking in the two countries. For comparison, we selected the Czech Republic and Kazakhstan. At the moment, the issue is significant because in today's world, most people keep and multiply their finances on the accounts With the growing trend of new banking innovations clients can simply send payments , plan budget for future expenses and whenever they can look at past payments to have all their expenses under control. Internet banking is thus acquiring a decisive influence on the competitive advantage formation in the battle for potential customers of other banks. The practical part focuses on the advantages and disadvantages of online banking system. The first section briefly describes the banking systems of both the ground, the goal is to understand the specifics, and thus explain any differences in their own electronic banking. The second part compares the extent and degree of implementation of electronic banking in both countries. The main part consists in comparing the services provided by selected banks in Kazakhstan and the Czech Republic.
Issue of on-line payments

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of online payments and purchase of goods and services through the Internet. For this purpose the attention is paid to the online shopping, namely, electronic and mobile commerce, payment methods, payment systems and security risks. The theoretical part of the thesis aims to analyze these aspects, describe and find their advantages and disadvantages. In the analytical part the attention is paid to the results of the questionnaire investigation, which is focused on customers' needs and preferences about the aspects of online shopping described in theoretical part.
Payment cards on the Internet

This thesis deals with payment options on the Internet and is primarily focused on payment cards both in terms of their risks of use, and their popularity from the perspective of merchants and customers. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first part talks about available payment methods when paying in Czech e-shops. The second part is relates to payment cards in terms of the brief description of its development, current situation, classification, security, security risks and security policies. The third section provides a brief definition and classification of electronic payment systems. The fourth section presents a survey analysis using payment preferences of the Czech e-shops to see what payment methods they offer, which one they prefer and why. Especially if they enable the payment with the payment card and what led them to approve that, or vice versa discouraged them. The fifth part is based on a research from the fourth chapter and its aim is to evaluate the most widely used payment gateway in the Czech Republic. The sixth part deals with the paying preferences of a customer; which method are they using the most, what is their most favourite method and what are the barriers when paying with payment cards on the Internet. Objective of this thesis it to evaluate, based on analyses from customer and merchants point of view, online payments and payments with the payment card. The aim is to find a consensus between customers and merchants, what kind of payment method is preferred by both sides and determine the barriers in paying with the card, since the payment method cash on delivery still prevails on the Czech market.
Use of Payment Systems on the Internet

The aim of this study was to analyze selected electronic payment systems used on the Internet, including an assessment of the quality of feedback from key customers. Quality of services of the electronic payment systems was analyzed using the SERVQUAL, feedback from key customers has been obtained through a questionnaire survey. Work is the result of actions to exploit the potential of established electronic payment systems.
Security of Electronic payment system

This bachelor thesis discusses the security of electronic payment systems. It analyzes the security of individual system components and provides examples of attacks on that particular site. Included are also a security system requirements and safety principles to be followed. First, the readers are familiar with the issue, then the electronic payment systems are characterized, systematically divided according to certain criteria and then thesis states specific systems, which you are able use on the Internet. Then the work focuses on the security system at different locations identified as potentially at risk of attack options. Included are the technologies used, without which the systems were not able to guarantee security. Individual technologies are always related to the specific use of the system and explains the operating principle. Listed are the possible security breach system, which are explained. At the end of the work are considered methods for securing the system versus the user's behavior. A conclusion of work is based on this short thought.
Electronic Payment Systems in the Eastern Europe

This paper analyzes the electronic payment systems (EPS) market in the Eastern European countries. The main objective is to analyze the important and currently most popular electronic payment systems in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, to provide an overview of all the technical, financial and other options that these systems offer, to create comparable characteristics of the analyzed systems and to compile recommendations and helpful instructions for implementing user or merchant solutions. Another objective is to analyze security technologies used by today's EPS, including solutions of related problems and risk reductions, and provide useful recommendations. The paper is divided into three parts: the first attends to analysis of Russian EPS, examines history of development of EPS and the prospects of Russian payment systems market, also provides detailed analysis of currently most popular EPS in Russia; the second section attends to analysis of EPS markets of Ukraine, Belarus, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia; in the third part all of the analyzed systems are compared in terms of various criteria and characteristics. The final part of the paper also analyses the issues of EPS security and features methods and ways of solving security related problems. The information provided by the paper can be useful to EPS users and customers, merchants intending to conduct business using electronic payment systems in Eastern Europe, developers and web programmers. The outcome and recommendations of the paper may be used for further analytic, statistical and other purposes.

This bachelor thesis discusses current possibilities of Internet payments made by electronic payment systems and payment cards. It analyzes its security risks and provides security principles. International electronic payment systems PayPal, AlertPay, MoneyBookers and Czech PaySec and E-Commerce 3-D Secure are described in detail and then compared. This comparison provides sellers a choice of an electronic payment system, which is the most suitable for the branch of his activities.
